You can hear again the interview that Professor Cunnane gave on March 29, 2016 (8:41 a.m.) on Radio-Canada’s regional program “C’est pas trop tôt en Estrie”, as part of Alzheimer’s disease awareness month. On this occasion he talks to us about the energy needs of the brain and the potentially important role of the good fats extracted from coconut in preventing or improving memory problems that appear during aging.
